How to brew
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz cup. Black and herbal teas: 212°F for 3 to 7 minutes. Green teas: 175°F for 2 to 3 minutes. Matcha and hojicha: whisk 1 teaspoon into 2 oz of 175°F water.
