Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of this site and any purchase from Field & Row Coffee Co. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing errors and may cancel an order if a product was listed at an incorrect price, in which case you will be refunded in full. Coffee is roasted to order, so most orders ship within a few business days.

Subscribe & Save

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency you choose (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks) and your saved payment method is charged at each renewal at the subscription price, 10% off the regular price.
  • You can skip, change, or cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us before your next renewal date. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.
  • We will remind you before any change to your subscription price.

Subscriber rewards

  • Sign-up bonus: an F&R Coffee Mug ships free with your first subscription order.
  • Month 2: a Classic Dad Hat ships free in its own package after two consecutive months of an active subscription.
  • Month 4: a Premium Pullover Hoodie ships free in its own package after four consecutive months of an active subscription, in the size you chose when you subscribed.
  • One of each reward per customer. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, and are subject to availability; if an item is unavailable we will substitute one of equal or greater value.

Merch

Apparel, hats, mugs, and totes are printed or embroidered to order for you, so they may arrive in a separate package from your coffee. Because each piece is made to order, we can exchange or refund merch only if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Bundles

Bundle pricing applies only when items are purchased together. Returned bundles are refunded at the bundle price.

All logos, photography, and text on this site belong to Field & Row or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Field & Row is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the update date.
