 Shipping: We roast to order. Most orders ship within a few business days after roasting. Delivery times vary by location. Once your order ships, tracking will be provided. 

Returns & Issues: If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you experience another problem with your order, please contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible. We'll review the issue and work with our fulfilment partner to determine the appropriate next step.
